The servers have the latest software versions, automatic security monitoring and backup of all hosting accounts on a daily basis.
What is the free trial period?
The free trial period is 14 days from hosting activation. The trial period is available only for hosting services.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in Ukraine in our own data center, and we also rent servers in the Netherlands, where we store backups.
Do you offer discounts to your customers?
Yes, we regularly organize promotions for our regular and new customers.
What is your refund policy?
We refund money for the unused period of hosting if the client decides to refuse to use our services.
